My coaching philosophy:

1) Mastery of fundamental good habits (i.e. there is no “hack” or fancy gimmicks that make up for good old fashion work)

2) Safe and healthy progression

3) Injury prevention and life balance

4)Holistic approach 

5) There is no replacement for hard work, but what that looks like for each person in terms of volume of work is different

Here’s a bit more about me as a coach.

I have 14 years of competitive experience in marathon and ultra-marathon.

I am USATF Level 1 certified and am going to be doing the RRCA certification as well.

I am currently working on my Masters in Coaching and Exercise Science.

I also have a natural chef certification and am Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified as a nutrition coach.


Run coaching includes (Cost: $150/month):

1) Training plans specifically tailored to your goal

2) Weekly structured check-ins and analysis

3) Unlimited email contact (will respond within 24 hours except on saturdays which will be an “unplugged” day generally)

4) Guidance w/ race strategy, fueling and hydration

5) Weekly nutrition tips

Nutrition coaching includes (Cost: $175/month):

1) Macronutrient plans specifically tailored to your goal

2) Weekly structured check-ins and analysis

3) Unlimited email contact (will respond within 24 hours except on saturdays which will be an “unplugged” day generally)

4) Guidance w/ all aspects of healthy eating and eating for performance

*I will not tell you a specific diet or prescribe a recipe plan to follow. I will help maximize your health and performance through macronutrient tracking and mastery of nutrition fundamentals.

Run and nutrition combine coaching (Cost:$300/month)

Nutrition coach consults (single session $250): I will provide an analysis of your current diet and nutrition and offer ideas and solutions to your specific dietary needs. This is a great option for working through roadblocks in your nutrition or finding different perspectives or approaches. For example, these sesssions are excellent for people with autoimmune disorders who want to learn how to better support their conditions through nutrition.
